Your RDASA

Rural doctors face many challenges and often practice in relative isolation. By working through RDASA and identifying common problems, rural doctors can continue to meet the challenges of rural and remote medicine and continue to act as advocates for their communities and their patients.

  • RDAA exists solely to support rural doctors and their communities. RDAA is an independent, non-government, member-based association that works to represent the needs of our members.
  • RDAA is an Australian network of state-based Associations working in Collaboration with a central national office.  Membership means you are supported and represented as a rural doctor at a state and national level.
  • RDAA and State Associations deliver leading annual conferences and training events - members benefit through being the first to know of these events and receiving event discounts.
  • The stronger our membership, the more powerful your representation.
  • Rural comradery - members enjoy the relationships and networks built with fellow rural doctors who have shared interests. We create a strong, united community and rural workforce.
